Payment Plan Agreement

1. Binding Agreement
- By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full Course fee in instalments as specified at checkout.
- This is not a subscription service. You are committing to the full purchase price of the Course, with payments spread over multiple instalments.
- Payment plans cannot be paused, cancelled, or deferred once activated.
- All instalments must be paid in full, even if you do not complete or access the Course.
3. Access to Course Materials
- Access to the Course materials will be provided immediately upon enrolment.
- If instalments are missed or fail, access to the Course may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
4. Refund Policy
- All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course and immediate access granted, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- By enrolling, you confirm you forfeit your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital downloads.
5. Default on Payments
- If any instalments are missed, the outstanding balance will remain due in full.
- PharmaLink Academy reserves the right to recover unpaid fees through appropriate legal or collection means.
