Payment Plan Agreement of PharmaLink Academy

This Payment Plan Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which you (“Student”) agree to purchase and participate in a PharmaLink Academy training programme (“Course”) using an instalment plan. By proceeding with enrolment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Binding Agreement

  • By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full Course fee in instalments as specified at checkout.
  • This is not a subscription service. You are committing to the full purchase price of the Course, with payments spread over multiple instalments.

2. No Cancellations or Pauses

  • Payment plans cannot be paused, cancelled, or deferred once activated.
  • All instalments must be paid in full, even if you do not complete or access the Course.

3. Access to Course Materials

  • Access to the Course materials will be provided immediately upon enrolment.
  • If instalments are missed or fail, access to the Course may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

4. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course and immediate access granted, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • By enrolling, you confirm you forfeit your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital downloads.

5. Default on Payments

  • If any instalments are missed, the outstanding balance will remain due in full.
  • PharmaLink Academy reserves the right to recover unpaid fees through appropriate legal or collection means.

By proceeding with the payment plan at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
