Terms and Conditions of PharmaLink Academy

1. Company and Trademark Information
PharmaLink Academy is a professional training provider offering education and insight into the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and clinical research industries.
PharmaLink is a registered trademark under the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO). Any unauthorised use of the PharmaLink name, logo, or content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Course Access and Use
- Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to course materials, which may include videos, documents, quizzes, or interactive modules.
- Access is for individual use only. Sharing of course materials, login credentials, or any form of redistribution is strictly prohibited.
- PharmaLink Academy reserves the right to revoke access without refund if misuse, duplication, or any unauthorised sharing of materials is detected.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided within PharmaLink Academy, including but not limited to course materials, videos, branding, design, and logos, are the intellectual property of PharmaLink Academy and protected under UK copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

Breach of intellectual property rights will be pursued under relevant UK laws.
5. Refund & Payment Plan Policy
Programme fees, instalments and PayPal recurring payments
Our programmes are priced as a single course fee. Where we offer the option to pay that fee in instalments, including through PayPal recurring payments or any other instalment facility we make available, the instalments are a payment convenience. They are not a monthly subscription for monthly service. Your booking commits you to the full course fee, and your place on the programme is granted on that basis.
If you stop your instalment payments before the full fee is paid, whether by:
(a) cancelling a PayPal recurring payment or billing agreement; (b) cancelling a card payment, Direct Debit or any other payment instrument; (c) refusing or charging back a scheduled payment; or (d) stopping payment by any other means,
then:
(i) your contract with PharmaLink Academy Ltd is not cancelled; (ii) the outstanding balance of your course fee becomes immediately payable in full; (iii) we may recover any unpaid amount, including reasonable costs of recovery; and (iv) access to the programme, its live sessions, its materials and any portfolio assets created during the programme may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
This applies whether or not you continue to attend the programme. By the time the first live session has run, the programme has been booked, staffed and delivered in significant part. The instalment schedule reflects how you pay; it does not reflect when the service is provided.
If you ask us to begin the programme during that 14-day window and then cancel within it, you remain liable for a proportionate amount of the fee reflecting what we have already supplied. After the 14-day period ends, the statutory cancellation right no longer applies, and the full fee remains due, whether paid in a single payment or in instalments.
Cooling-Off Period:
All enrolments are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided that:

You have not accessed course materials, and

You have not attended any live classes, coaching calls, or mentoring sessions.
Digital Access = Waiver of Refund Right:
Once you log in to your learning portal, download course content, or attend a live or recorded class, you acknowledge that you have begun receiving a digital service. In accordance with UK law, this means you waive your right to cancel or request a refund.
Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be made in writing to contact@pharmalinkacademy.co.uk within the 14-day window. We do not process refund requests via WhatsApp or social media messages.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
PharmaLink Academy is an educational and training platform. We do not guarantee job placement, internship, or employment upon completion of any course or certification.
However, our training is designed to:
- Provide deep industry insights
- Equip learners with relevant, practical knowledge
- Enhance your professional profile within pharmaceutical and clinical fields.
You understand and agree that employment outcomes depend on various factors beyond the control of PharmaLink Academy, including your individual experience, market conditions, and employer hiring criteria.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PharmaLink Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
- We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
