Refunds, Finance & Payment Plan Agreement

1. Overview

PharmaLink Academy Ltd is a CPD-accredited UK training provider offering professional development programmes designed to help healthcare professionals and life science graduates transition into pharmaceutical industry careers.

This document outlines our policy on course payments, refunds, deferrals, finance agreements, and data privacy related to third-party finance providers such as PayItMonthly Ltd.


2. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to treat all refund requests fairly and transparently.

Cooling-Off Period:
All enrolments are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided that:

  • You have not accessed course materials, and

  • You have not attended any live classes, coaching calls, or mentoring sessions.

Digital Access = Waiver of Refund Right:
Once you log in to your learning portal, download course content, or attend a live or recorded class, you acknowledge that you have begun receiving a digital service. In accordance with UK law, this means you waive your right to cancel or request a refund.

Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be made in writing to contact@pharmalinkacademy.com within the 14-day window. We do not process refund requests via WhatsApp or social media messages.

Deferrals:
Where possible, students may defer their enrolment to a future cohort. Deferrals are approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to cohort capacity and administrative fees.


3. Finance & Instalment Agreements (PayItMonthly)

To make our programmes more accessible, PharmaLink Academy partners with PayItMonthly Ltd to offer flexible, interest-free payment plans.

  • All finance applications are processed directly through PayItMonthly Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 720844).

  • PharmaLink Academy Ltd acts as an introducer, not a lender.

  • Finance agreements are subject to PayItMonthly’s credit and affordability checks, and approval is at their sole discretion.

  • Where finance is selected, your contract will be between you and PayItMonthly Ltd, not PharmaLink Academy Ltd.

  • Refunds or cancellations of active finance agreements will be processed through PayItMonthly, in accordance with their terms and timelines.

  • PharmaLink Academy will notify PayItMonthly of any approved refund or deferral so the finance arrangement can be updated accordingly.

Once your finance application has been approved and course access granted, you are bound by the terms of that finance agreement and remain responsible for completing your agreed payments.


4. Payment Obligations

By enrolling in any PharmaLink Academy programme—whether paying in full or via an instalment plan—you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are entering into a legally binding agreement to pay the full course fee.

  • Instalment plans are not subscription services; payments must continue until the full balance is settled, even if you fail to complete the course.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of course access and referral to a collection process via PayItMonthly or their authorised recovery partners.

  • Certificates of completion, CPD records, or alumni access will only be released once the full balance has been paid.


5. Course Access Duration

Course access is granted for 12 months from the date of enrolment unless otherwise stated in your course materials. This includes access to all modules, live replays, and downloadable resources.

Extensions may be offered for an additional administrative fee, subject to course availability.


6. Data Protection & Privacy (Finance Applications)

In order to process finance applications securely, PharmaLink Academy Ltd may share limited personal data (such as your name, email address, purchase value, and course details) with PayItMonthly Ltd for the purposes of credit assessment and identity verification.

This data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our full Privacy Policy, available at [Insert Privacy Policy URL].

We do not sell or share personal data with any third party outside of our approved finance partners.
